Beautiful ribbon. Glad I got it but NOT happy with seller’s customer service. Seller didn’t prepare a shipping label until 10 days after purchase. I contacted her after a week day but received NO response. After two more days I contacting Etsy. Only then did seller prepare the shipping label and take the package to UPS 2 days later. That part of this transaction was very disappointing. Seller has beautiful ribbon but needs to improve her customer service.
