Shipping issues from seller and poor communication on the issue

The picture looks nothing like the ribbon I received. This picture looks like a bright green ribbon with a bright gold trim. The ribbon I received, green is very dark and the trim looks like the color of a brown paper bag. It is definitely not gold. No comparison between the picture and the actual ribbon.
